Please read these Terms of Service carefully before creating an account or participating in earning activities on the EarnVero Rewards platform (earn-verona-app.vercel.app) and mobile applications operated by Novaro.
Nature of the Service — Promotional Loyalty Program
EarnVero Rewards is a consumer loyalty and promotional rewards platform operated by Novaro. We are not a bank, financial depository, investment vehicle, securities broker, or money services business. We do not host, permit, or promote gambling, sports wagering, casino games, lotteries, or pay-to-win games of chance. All rewards earned on EarnVero are non-custodial loyalty perks granted for completing verified third-party brand engagements.
1. Eligibility & Single Account Rules
- Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age, or at least 13 years of age with the express consent and supervision of a legal guardian. Registration by individuals under 13 is strictly forbidden.
- Single Human Account Rule: Each individual is permitted exactly one account. Creating multiple accounts, maintaining clone accounts, or registering duplicate profiles across devices is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account restriction.
- Prohibition of Emulators & Spoofing: The use of Android emulators (e.g., BlueStacks, Nox, LDPlayer, Genymotion), virtual machines, VPNs, proxies, TOR nodes, or GPS spoofing tools to disguise location or simulate device activity is strictly prohibited.
- Automated Scripts & Bots: Any use of auto-clickers, macros, scripted bots, browser automation tools, or reverse engineering of partner postback endpoints is strictly prohibited and subject to permanent account termination and balance forfeiture.
2. Transparent Earning Mechanics & Coin Valuation
A. How Rewards Are Generated:
Users earn virtual reward points ("Coins") by completing verified promotional tasks with our advertising partners, including answering market research surveys (e.g., CPX Research, BitLabs), reaching gameplay levels in sponsored mobile games (e.g., AdGem, Torox), and viewing opt-in rewarded video advertisements.

Reward earnings vary depending on advertiser campaign availability, user demographic profile, and geographical location. EarnVero makes no guarantee of specific daily earnings, offer availability, or employment income. Rewards are intended strictly as recreational loyalty perks.
3. Partner Verification, Chargebacks & Deductions
All task completions are audited and validated by the respective third-party advertising partner. If an advertising partner issues a postback reversal due to suspected fraud, speed-running surveys with contradictory answers, VPN detection, or immediate uninstallation of sponsored games before reaching valid milestones:
- The reversed reward coins will be automatically deducted from your balance via an immutable
REVERSALledger entry. - In adherence to our strict financial invariants, your wallet balance will never drop below zero (
balance >= 0). - If coins from a fraudulent task were already withdrawn prior to the reversal, the balance floors at zero and the account profile enters a temporary administrative
REVIEWstate for security assessment.
4. Redemptions, Processing & Payout Thresholds
- Minimum Withdrawal Threshold: Withdrawals start at 2,500 Coins (₹10 INR / $0.125 USD) for regional micro-payouts, and 20,000 Coins ($1.00 USD) for standard global PayPal, gift cards, and cryptocurrency redemptions.
- Server-Verified Ledger Truth: All balances are reconciled server-side against our immutable transaction ledger. Client-side state, browser cookies, or manipulated request payloads have zero authority over balance calculations.
- Processing Windows: Standard payout requests are processed within 24 to 72 business hours following automated risk and velocity verification.
- Accurate Payout Addresses: You are solely responsible for entering the correct PayPal email, UPI VPA address, or crypto wallet address. EarnVero and Novaro bear no liability for funds dispatched to invalid addresses provided by the user.
5. Account Suspension, Deletion & Balance Forfeiture
Users may terminate their account at any time through in-app settings (Settings → Account → Delete Account) or via our public web deletion resource at /delete-account.
Novaro reserves the right to immediately suspend or restrict accounts that engage in bot farming, multiple accounts, emulator usage, emulator spoofing, postback manipulation, hate speech, or abusive behavior towards support staff. Accounts permanently terminated for fraud forfeit all pending and unredeemed coins.
6. Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability & Arbitration
The EarnVero platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. Novaro disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Novaro or its officers, directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or third-party advertising offers.
Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be resolved exclusively through binding individual arbitration, and you waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration proceedings.
